I’m Sara, a maker educator and the creator behind saboMade.

Since 2008, I’ve worked with young learners, combining creativity, curiosity, and hands-on exploration to empower the next generation of thinkers and makers.

My approach blends open-ended invitations with thoughtful constraints, encouraging students to explore materials, iterate on ideas, and grow their confidence through discovery.

saboMade was created to make engineering and making accessible to all ages, using approachable materials and hands-on activities that turn abstract concepts into tangible creations.
